"HURRY" and "FLASHY" still work on 10% discount even though the codes expired. However, SB Rep needs to confirm if 20% CB still applies for these codes.

Based on our own tests it would apply to the $30 in your scenario.

It worked 3 times for me. But just stopped working on 4th attempt.
1st tracking fail used Groupon credit but not any discount code, do i need to create a ticket?

2 of my transactions yesterday tracked, one didn't.
First time I've had something not track with Shopback.Same here. Have yet to get confirmation for my Groupon purchase yesterday. Would wait for a couple of days.
I also didn't get my item tracked. Only purchased one and went through their app to do it. 3rd time for me something hasn't been tracked..
I put in a "missing cashback" claim but now I have to wait up to 35 days.

@theguyrules: I've got a reply email from Shopback similar to what you probably received saying they are investigating and will let me know within 35days.. I'll give them a week or so as I'm not one to annoy constantly.
Alright, I guess I'll find out in 2 days if I got 20% cashback or not.
