Ive been on iinet adsl2 for 3 years. Ive rang them multiple times about the slow speed (1.8mbs) dropping into yes kb often!
Last night the internet stopped working so I rang tonight and the nice lady at iinet told me the adsl has been cut off you have to get an nbn plan.
I said no worries catch ya laters!

Was averaging 200-300gb a month at iinet so should be ok with 500.
A little nervous about the bad reviews about exetel but ive had bad experiences with plenty of telcos they all grubs.
You should have gone with Belong for the same price unlimited. They advertise it as 30Mbit peak but ive had no issues with getting 40-45 Mit in peak thus far.
I signed up to belong and 3 weeks later i still didnt have an activation code and they couldnt explain why so i left

Same here. Had been looking at this deal. Wanted to switch to this as my contract expires. But this deal not available now. Bummer :) UNlucky me, it just happened on the same day as my contract was expiring :)
I got lucky and started an application a few days before they removed the 12 month contract. I waited for them to send me a $20 credit to my account to offset the $20 modem postage fee. Even though that $20 credit came after they removed the 12 month contract, I could still access my application in progress and finish it. Fingers crossed it all works out.
How did you get them to refund the $20 fee?
Damn I wrote my comment before i seen this. I have also signed up for that plan and price saves me $15 a month over iinet adsl.
