Check your emails and Seller Centre, this just popped up in mine tonight. This works best for any items you sell for $40 or less, after that it's better value to wait for the 'List & Sell for $1' on the weekend.

- Listings that contravene eBay's policies or fail to comply with these terms and conditions are excluded.
- You may be excluded from this promotion if your eBay account is subject to listing restrictions, suspended, restricted or made inactive or if your seller performance falls to Below Standard prior to or during the Promotion Period.
They make it high percentage off or no final value fee but when you receive money by PayPal they steal % anyway and it’s the same company so anyway they make profit.
So basically it’s a bait to rip you off
