    Too risky, sorry OP.

    • In what way? HelloFresh concerns, ShopBack concerns, or both?

      • +1

        SB tracking.

        • Thanks. This has tracked for me, but obviously not paid out yet. Guess I'll see - I have a lot of transactions in pending now…

  • +8

Whilst it looks like a good deal it was difficult to cancel and they kept sending boxes then when you refuse to pay for them they send the debt collectors out. I never paid in the end but it was a painful experience to go through.

Only sign up for this deal if you don't mind paying for a subscription for these regular meal boxes.

    • It seems like you can cancel on their website, so long as you do it by a certain date before delivery. I haven't personally tried it (although I have signed up with this offer), but my sister has been using them by repeatedly signing up on promo offers and has had no problem cancelling after a single delivery each time so I'm confident enough to give it a go - and argue long and hard with whoever if there are issues :D

  • I wonder if you can combine/use with of the qantas $25discount+ 5000points code HFQANTAS15

    • +1

As usual in these deals - is code listed on ShopBack - if not, can't.

      Cashback is not qualified for:
Promo codes or voucher codes not approved by ShopBack

    • Isn't that code expired?

I really wanted to use it

      • Looks like they got smarter and spread the points out more with QANTAS20K instead.

    • No response from ShopBack - still waiting⏳

  • +3

Last time they offered 100% cashback, none of the orders were tracked and everyone had to raise a case. Got the money back much later than expected. ShopBack have also rejected my cashback for AliExpress randomly and don't resound to my enquiries. I'll stick to CR now

    • Hi MeesusEff,

Sorry to hear this - we are more than happy to follow up on your queries. Could you please send over a private message with the email address you're using on ShopBack?

    • +1

Yes, a previous Vodafone (near 100%) $24 cashback was knocked back, including after an appeal. I don't trust this company. Better off with CR who have done their best with any discrepancies for most of us.

  • I made use of this offer. Cashback seems to be available one month after placing the order. This was the message on my shopback account:

"We've received your order details and it is being validated by HelloFresh. You can expect confirmation by 10 Apr 2019 when our partner store ensures that you did not make any cancellation, return or exchange. Otherwise, the cashback will be adjusted or voided."

  • does the hellofresh account email address and your shopback email address have to be same to qualify for the cashback?

    • +1

      Hi spedstyle,

No they do not have to be the same. We do not have knowledge of the email address you decide to use on HelloFresh.

      • Hi shopback rep if i send you a pvt msg with my shopback email can you look into why i only got $25 cashback, i signed up when the cashback was $35

  • What is the definition of a "new Hellofresh customer" here?

In the past I have entered my details into hellofresh, but decided not to order after seeing what was available. Would I still be considered a new customer?

    • Same here, will be interested to see the response

    • +1

      Hi franky82,

New customer would basically be someone who has never placed an order on HelloFresh before.

      • Hi OP. Thanks for clarifying. This does seem like a good way to trial the service then :)

  • What's in the $35 box? Can't see it on the website

  • its not really a free box as you still have to pay $9.95 shipping

    • You don't, shipping was included.

      • Not for me it kept saying i had $9.95 shipping i am in WA though but its Freo metro area not like its rural area, i might try it again this morning see if it still trying to charge me for shipping, edit yep still says i have to pay $9.95 shipping

        Veggie Plan
        3 Recipes per week
        2 People$69.95
        Shipping$9.95
        Discount
        (SHOPHF35)

        $-35.00
        Total$44.90

can shopback rep confirm with hellofresh if shipping should be free too?

        • Could be address located, I'm Melbourne CBD.

          • @ely: weird thing is it adds the shipping charge before i have even created an account for it to get an adddress from , might try a VPN from Melbourne see if it adds the shipping charge.

        • Hi spedstyle,

Shipping is typically free but only applies to certain postcodes. HelloFresh FAQs.

  • yep looks like im buggered i am chatting with hellofresh rep to find out why Freo is charged $9.95 its a metro area i am sick of these online order sites starting to make the WA metro area smaller and smaller, not just hellofresh but appliance online and other online delivery places seem to like charging more unless your getting it delivered directly in the CBD

edit: looks like hellofresh rep is going to fix the $9.95 shipping issue for me, not sure how this will effect the shopback cashback, i dont want to put order in if the cashback is not tracked from shopback,

edit: ok so i created account clicking from shopback it shows in my click history 4:15pm, invoice was $44.90 but hellofresh rep said they will fix it and refund the $9.95 shipping can shopback rep confirm if this will effect the $35 cashback from shopback?

    • I'm chatting to their rep but they say all WA customers will be charged shipping fee. How did you get them to waive the fee?

  • the rep said it was a once off that he would only waive the fee this one time and that yeah other customers would not be able to get shipping fee waived, i think i just got lucky as i was getting frustrated at him saying it had nothing to do with the code i was using and that charging WA customers for shipping when its free elsewhere was a joke

it still hasn't be refunded yet, i got charged $44.90 on my CC, if hasn't been refunded by end of the week i will def be canceling it. still waiting for confirmation that order has been tracked from shopback too.
