I asked if there was any free pods with this and she said three. There was a promo sticker in store but didn't manage to snap a picture.
Couldn't find any free pods on the website or online catalogue

is this machine compatible with Aldi coffee pods?
Dolce Gusto is its own thing. So I doubt it, I believe Aldi is just generic Nespresso. Milk options too with this…
No, the pods are huge and wont go in any other coffee machine
Frankly, the coffee is crap, the Nescafe machine is great for the mixed coffee/milk type drinks, not for straight coffee
Oh, and a box of pods are $8.50/box, and NEVER on special
I got this when they had VIP night 10% off on Thursday, bring the price down to $33.30, however I only got one box of free coffee :( I believe three boxes are for the other machine as I saw the advertisement there.
Aldi..MAP last time i looked
So will the aldi pods fit in map / caffitaly machine?
Does this thing also froff and dispense milk too? The image seems to show it does!?
You Chuck in a milk pod and it does what it's suppose to
Dolce Gusto has three pod types:
1) Coffee (espresso or long black/Americano)
2) Dual pod drinks (e.g. one milk pod and one coffee pod, such as cappuccino or hot chocolate). You only get 8 drinks per box because each needs two pods.
3) All-in-one (e.g. cafe-au-lait, Nesquick) where milk and coffee are combined in a single pod. These use instant coffee, and as such are not very good. The flat white is especially bad, as it seems to be pre-sweetened.The long black drinks are really good from these machines (much better than what you'd get from just adding water to espresso), and the hot chocolate too. I don't mind the cappuccino either, but you can tell it's powdered milk, which might put off some people.
Also you can add their concierge package to it for $30, have to check the facts but I'm pretty sure you get 3 x $20 vouchers per year for 3 years with that. Pretty much free machine after 1 year and then you make around $120 in vouchers over the next 2 years
Would need to be paid at least that to use this machine, Seriously. This is the worst of the pod machines. Minus $120 maybe. $30.. Nup.
Goodguys Geelong do not have sticker advertising bonus coffee offer on their machines. Perhaps only older stock boxes have the promo.
How did you get this deal? Any link?
