    I've done the Cu Chi tunnels. I was the only one in the group of about 25 people who was thin enough to actually go in so be aware that if you're overweight then you won't be able to do that. You won't fit into the entrance/exit

      And those tunnels you accessed have been widened to allow for visitors to access. I suppose it is all about the experience; if I can't get into a (widened) tunnel, I can still appreciate the tunnels and the history.

      Thanks for your comment.
      I would like to add some additional information as below:
      The current Cu Chi tunnels that are already widened and lit for tourist access, have an outlet every 20 meters, so tourists can choose to exit at these outlets if they would like too, and the total distance open for exploration is only 100m (the whole experience will take around 5-10 minutes).

      This experience is also not recommended for people with claustrophobia as Jason stated below.
      Besides, be warned about the live gun firing in the shooting range(which could be quite deafening) as well as various booby traps demonstration.

      You can choose other more mainstream alternative activities like Half day City tour or Full Day Mekong Delta tour at no extra charge.

      3-star accommodation in Vietnam is just basic accommodation with clean and centrally located hotels, like:

      They are good for budget travelers who would like to take a quick glance of Vietnam and we aim to offer an attractive rate for OZbargain, that is why 3 star accommodation is selected.

      If you are in for a rather long and relaxing holiday, I recommend the 4-star category or higher for better enjoyment.
