Then i saw this new listing from Peters of Kensington ebay today at $584.

Hence, after cashback this will be $525.60 - $30 = $495.60
Does the coffee taste any better from these than a normal cheap nespresso because their coffee isn't that good.

I own one but not the stainless model. Ive replaced it with a Sunbeam EM5300—where it gives you a coffee shop quality results whwre you won't achieve with this machine.
I've had one for about 2 years. Best Nespresso machine I've owned, the way it steams the milk is so much better than the frother jug that they usually come with. Plenty of adjustment in terms of temp, amount of froth etc. IMO it's better than the full auto Delonghi's and the like but I've only had friends that own those so can't say if you can play around with the settings to get it the way you like. Very fast heat up time too, you can have a hot espresso poured in 5 seconds from machine turn on.
