      we do not send phones back overseas to get fixed , we repair them in our Brisbane repair center
      if we can not source a part locally we might have to what for a part to come into stock

          Yes that is correct for any warraty case- Australian stock will need to be sent to Samsung Australia , or send it to the retailer you bought it from and they can send to Samsung Australia, for all import stock the warraty is with the place of purchase only not Samsung Australia
