    This coupon probably won't work for anyone who hasn't received the email, if past PayPal/eBay promotions are any thing to go by.

    If you don't directly receive the Invitation Email or Invitation Banner from PayPal, for example someone has forwarded the Invitation Email to you, you are not eligible to receive the eBay Voucher.

    it works if you try the coupon in the coupon box but once you follow and go ahead with the transaction if gives this error.

    This redemption code is linked to another PayPal account and can't be used with this PayPal account.

    So it wont complete the payment with the 10$ discount it goes back to full price.

      Yes, that's generally what happens with PayPal coupons if your account isn't flagged for the promotion. I remember entering one for $500 and having it initially accepted, only to have my hopes dashed towards the end of the checkout process. :P

    Seems OP is a "Top Customer" and there are the conditions to get these vouchers and other benefits, it was launched last april.

      Well if you read one of the comments above it states that you need to spend at least $5000 in the last 12 months on eBay to qualify for this $10 voucher.

    It says "The redemption code you entered can't be used for this purchase because it's linked to another PayPal account. Redemption codes are not transferable between accounts"
