  • Do you know if this works internationally? (eg Malaysia)

    • +1

Yes. I just used it for a Singapore attraction

  • Has anyone booked with them before? There is a lot of negative comments on their customer service on their facebook page. I would like to know if I can book?

    • I would guess the negative comments are related to the fact that their pickup counters in a lot of countries are understaffed / don't have full operating hours (just observed this in Singapore and in Taiwan recently, albeit I didn't use their services in these countries) so you're either waiting for a long time to get your tickets or if your flight is late the counter will be closed and you'll have to come back to the airport the following day.

Don't think you'd have any issues if it's a JR pass since they mail it out.

    • Yes and no problems. But i've only used them for attractions where i've just bought the tickets the night before, and turned up and scanned my ticket on the day. I believe they are very widely used

  • I booked my Tokyo Disney tickets and USJ Osaka tickets with them earlier this year. No problems at all, same with KKday. If you're looking to get JR Pass, take advantage of this deal!!

    • Thanks just did..I saved 10%

Did they mail tickets via ordinary post or trackable mail?

      • They will send by registered post, but you can get on Chat with them to confirm.

I also booked KKday's tickets this year when I traveled to Korea. And I really satisfied with the prices of KKday offered. The tickets were cheaper than buying the tickets directly from the official websites!!

      • I booked NANTA Show Tickets from KKday as well. So worth a visit when travel in Seoul!
