I was wondering exactly the same thing before I made my order. I got my phone now, and as far as I can tell (through IMEI check and stuff) I think it is a real one. It has a JB Hi-Fi tag on the package too for some reason, curious.
That being said, I'm still curious how the seller actually makes money by selling at such a low price. One possibility is that they could possibly mix a few unauthentic phones among the real ones (hence the negative feedbacks). However, I have no evidence to support this theory.
And now I placed another order, fingers crossed…

Yes, I saw the some reviews there. Very few bad related to the phone they sold. 28 bad reviews compared to 2225 positive reviews in one year. So I really cannot understand what kinds of bad reviews people refer to?
Among in the 28 bad reviews, few comments related to the qualities as shown below. Other comments about the phones are related to delivery and the efficiency about the seller.
