When you say "per person", is it per eBay account or per associated PayPal account? Can 3 different eBay account have the same PayPal account associated with it?
I think it's per PayPal account. Tried to get a few more cards from my partner's account linked to the same PayPal account, but comes up with:
"Sorry, this payment option isn't available. Here are your options:
* Contact PayPal Customer Support to resolve this issue."

Not just one, but BOTH of my Uber drivers today said that ebay's black friday sale would be 18% off sitewide. They've only done it once before, but with Amazon's Australian launch looming large, who knows what could happen!
I don't see any great Amazon deals regularly as yet. Not sure when they will get more aggressive.

No. Buying gift cards are excluded from cashrewards, shopback, qantasmall etc. When you use them later on for purchases it should qualify though.

Can buy em with multiple accounts, you'll just get emailed a code that isn't tied to an account. I bought with 2 accounts and used em all on 1.
What if its the same paypal account, but different ebay account? Would it still work? I received an error message during the 10% promo but just wanted to know your experience

Took less than 20mins for me to receive the codes in my email.

It means if eBay runs a 18% off for Black Friday, that you can pay the total transaction using your Gift Cards that you purchased for 5% off.

found the answer in the t&C for gift cards
No more than a total of $2000 in Gift Cards may be redeemed per day, and no more than a total of $5000 in Gift Cards may be redeemed per calendar month. Further, you may only redeem a maximum of eight Gift Cards in any single transaction (and fewer if you are redeeming Gift Cards in combination with other redemption codes, such as coupons or vouchers).
Also remember that you can purchase 5 cards per transaction, the code can be used once, and the max discount is $25, which does add up if you want to purchase 5 cards.
If someone needs a stack and needs more.. im happy to purchase 5 on my account and pass on the discount. I'll just use my CC card for points
