I got this message too, but before that I spoke to ebay and they used the word "definitely" when I asked if a refund would be issues. I've told the seller that ebay assured me they would give a refund so will see what they say. If still no, I will message ebay again.

Can anyone confirm you are able to use up to 15 of these with the 10% off site wide code?
Some have said yes but terms and conditions say up to 8 can be used.
Don't want to buy an extra 7 that I won't need if it doesn't work.
I believe in the 10% off eBay gift card last time, it was something like "15 codes" can be used, so the 10% off site wide would be included as a 'code'. (so 14 gift cards max with 10% site wide)

Just to be clear you are buying egift card. Not voucher codes. (Yes they are code but technically speaking, gift card).
We can't use 2 vouchers at the same time, but one voucher and multiple gift cards, can.
I have $31 in voucher and couldn't stack with all the discount codes… So sad…

So, If you're talking about the $10-20$ vouchers sent by Ebay to your Email.
What you can do is buy a $25 + $5 gift card from any ebay seller and now it will last 3 years + it will be treated as egift card instead.

So if I buy 10x codes using two accounts, I can then use all 10 codes on a single $1000 purchase using one of the accounts, correct? Based on the comments I believe this is the case, but could someone who did the same thing please confirm before I plop 1k?

Got the eb games ps vr version 2 bundle with skyrim.
Applied all 3 codes at checkout, then applied POUNCE code for 10% off.
They had it for 299 and 5 for delivery.
So all up 3 gift codes cost me $285 and still have $26 balance left on one of the gift codes.
So about $259 really.
Probably will sell skyrim vr on ebay for $30. So im happy.

God this has been disappointing. Just went to use them. First code wasn’t recognised. Tried a second code, that was recognised… but doesn’t work on buying coins (I am a numismatic).
The terms and conditions didn’t state that.

I bought the gift voucher and used the PGIFT5 code and paid $95.
Now when I try to use the gift voucher to pay for $50+ purchases and use the code P5OFF, it says the discount is applied, but it has not been taken off my total.
Also, my gift voucher took nearly four hours to arrive.
Has anyone with the PayPal errors managed to get them resolved? I called them and they were next to useless. Tried opening a new eBay and PayPal account and still getting the same error. It's almost like they don't want my money.
