  • Never mind, OP changed price.

    • Yeah, it was $39.99 two days ago.

  • What is B0751CPRCM?

    • Non-stick toaster bags; been discussed previously, and struggled to identify a use.

      • And now removed as the codes don't stack

      • Thank you for your answer.

  • I would have expected a serrated blade for use as a bread knife, but apparently not.

Might want to clarify B0751CPRCM is Toaster Bags and you need to use a different code: CCMTVD38. Which was recently posted for $4.99.

The set itself has been discounted to $18.47 previously.

    • Thanks for your attention.

      • Hi Rep
How about doing a better price ?

        • +1

          Sounds good.

    • "The set itself has been discounted to $18.47 previously."
I would consider buying at $18.47 but not at todays price.

Nice knives got them from last deal they come in a beautiful box, they are sharp but not very sharp. They are good for now but Im looking for a proper excellent quality set of knives with block.

Thank you good sir! We appreciate your tireless digging though posts.

I got these last deal. I'd not recommend them. Nice feel and package, balance is good for ceramic but…they just aren't sharp. I'd have them on the steel straight out of the box if I could.

    • I imagine that a sharpener for ceramic knives may be expensive?

      • Most manufacturers and aficionados as well say you must send back to them (manufacturer) for special sharpening.
Also, it doesn't take a lot to break a ceramic knife unfortunately. Most steel alloy knives will survive dropping…
bar some of the harder steel Japanese ones. Also, take note of what others have said about how sharp ceramics are.
Also, Damascus knives are more valuable esthetically IMO. Higher quality name brand steels are better IMO.

Note that Globals and Shun (very high end name brands) are great knives, but you are going to need extra skills
and time (wet stoning) when it comes to sharpening. But these are very much personal opinions and subject to
many differing thoughts on the matter. Not at all something I'm going to get 'into' with anyone here that's for sure!

        • Thank you for sharing.

    • As for the frozen hard solid food, it is not sharp enough. And don't use it to cut solid food.

      • +1

No solid food? What do you use it for then? Yoghurt?

  • Purchased this before. Quality is… below average (IMHO).

If you have any problems, pls tell me your order number, and I will help you solve the problem.

      • Thanks but no thanks.
I'd rather spend my time doing anything else.
