  Wow that’s only $8 less that what I paid for a 1060 6gb in May last year. Crypto really screwed the market for GPUs.

  This has basically been the standard eBay price for 2 months now.

  Expect stock to be sold off around $300-$320 after 2060 details are announced, though it's still unclear if that's this year or next year (depending on what performance targets and silicon process they have opted for).

    Lol the advice always seems to be 'wait for this to happen'.

    I'm glad I picked up a 480 before the whole crypto thing.

      Honestly, if you're rocking a GPU from 2013-2014 onwards, just keep it and wait for 7nm cards.

      For those desperately in need of an upgrade who are happy to sit at 1080p gaming, just wait for the 2050 and then plan for 7nm (including a 4k/144hz monitor). The early numbers for the silicon performance are coming in, and the 3060/2160/whatever is odds on to beat the 2080, which means the next steps up will be rolling out 4k 100+ fps with stupidly high visual quality based on the potential of RTX.
