Disappointed with the 4 speed Auto, otherwise a very solid unit by Suzuki, should sell well in the manual form
Do you reckon auto buyers in this price category / this car will know a 4spd auto isn't the best idea?
Well I hope they do, so Suzuki will notice lower sales and up the Automatic gearbox to a Six Speed by 2021 when I will look to get one :D
@otter-raptor: Yeah the reviews all say it needs one more ratio in the manual to be any good of the freeway.
It will arrive January and be sub $30k with all the features of the Suzuki range should be great.
Sounds good - personally, I would be fine with NO extra features. Last thing I need is lane assist or auto dimming headlamps in 4x4. Hell , I would rather it didn't have the sat nav and had more clear dash space. Less = more for me.
3 star crash rated but will be a fantastic bush basher.
Hello everyone , just wondering if This car is good enough for me To meet bank’s clients? I’m a newbie and don’t want to commit too much money for a brand new luxury car .
Great little car with sat nav reverse camera, android auto, apple car play and great fuel consumption.
Better option
http://www.skoda.com.au/models/fabia-family/fabia-hatchhahaha Skoda lol Lol
Skoda did not have much of reputation in Australia. I know it shares a lot or components with VW but they too are notorious for reliability problems are recalls. For some reason Skoda owners want to convince others to like them though. Not sure why@King Tightarse: you okay mate?
did a skoda hatch do something to your family?
@cathole: Haha yes fine.
Some family members have had bad runs with VW Golfs. One with endless DSG problems and another with OTT service costs and panel alignment issues so I am pretty skeptical about anything in the VW group@King Tightarse: Hasn't got a clue what he's talking about.
@wfdTamar: Aww don't be like that wfdTamar.
VW reliability is a bit of a joke these days - surely you have heard of the ongoing DSG issues, 'dieselgate' and the sudden engine stopping issues?
It's world wide news and like I said, directly affected my family members.
Sorry to say it is all true.
Here John Cadogan will bring you up to speed https://youtu.be/JVxxPMh1oUk?t=497@King Tightarse: You’re just trolling.
@wfdTamar: Mate what do you want exactly? I have told you my family members both got crappy and very expensive experiences with VW golfs (for different reasons).VW group have had some very public liability and legal failures and that directly affected my family too. I have linked you to demonstrate the point.
Both have got rid of their Golfs now but they were both nightmare car ownership experiences. I doubt either would buy another VW ever.

It is very hard to say with any accuracy.
The best pointer you will have is what are your colleagues and/or direct competitors driving?
Depends if you work for Westpac.
My broker comes around in a 5 years old Corolla, doesn't bother me what she drives.
are we in 2018? and buying 2017 cars ?
That's why it is not a deal. 2019 is around the corner. Should price this as a 2yo car.
Heard all kinds of rumours on new Jimny so please make it real and a deal here asap :)

That is one of the cars we have a few different colours in stock
I live on the central coast, and once bought from Brian Hilton (Toyota), 2 car purchases since then (Both Toyota's) have not been made with Brian Hilton. I would be happy to recommend the dealers I bought the last two cars from, both on sales AND service, even though this means further travel for the servicing.
Hurry up and bring the new Jimny over
