Fuji San is indeed a remarkable sight, and one that shouldn't be missed.
That said it is a very illusive beast…. Shrouded by cloud more often than not. I've been to Tokyo many times, and on some visits the mountain has shrouded every day for my weeks stay.
September (the promo period) is a period where the probability of seeing the mountain on one pre booked day is very low as its the wettest time of the year. Additionally, the mountain is snow free.
