Received an email from Nando's offering their PERi-Perks members 200 points (worth $20) for sharing their feedback on their loyalty program.
Offer is available on the first 200 feedbacks received only and if eligible, the points will be deposited into member accounts by 31st August.

I received their email at 3:37 pm (ACST). I doubt the first 200 feedbacks would have taken any longer than a few minutes.

Oh well Nando's has got a lot of feedback now and none of it is going to be worth anything lol
Marketing tricks. Who is to say they even give out the points to the first 200 customers who filled out the survey? There is no way to prove you were the first 200 as there is no counter or email confirmation once completed. Even if they do, they won't close the survey to capture more data.

A better example would be the brake fluid from one of the brakes supplier. Never heard anything from them and never got a follow up.

You already can. You can do it at register. 10pts = $1 off your meal. No split payments though - has to be enough to cover the whole order.
That and making sure their stores are clean. I don't want to eat at a dirty restaurant.

I had a sook about the size of their chickens being puny rather than feedback on their app.
This.
Their 1/4 chicken is like a bony chicken frame with barely any meat on it.
They would be a lot better value if they're chickens were supermarket BBQ chicken or even red rooster sized.
I'd prefer the smaller, jucier chickens that Nando's use instead of the bigger, dry and tasteless ones at the supermarket and red rooster

I got nothing, and I did the survey just after this was posted. Maybe because i've never used the card before.
FWIW, I did the survey right after I received the email which was about 2 hours earlier than when the deal was posted.
