Pro tip:
Eat 3-4 pieces with white rice and chilli sauce if you like. Usually I put ABC chilli sauce. Put the rest in the fridge and reheat them later for next meals.
White rice tastes better than brown rice as it is sweeter. Combine fried chicken + rice + chilli sauce 🤤

That's because they're using old oil.
You'll find that if the oil has been changed on that day, your chicken will be amazing.
Some AM managers insist at the start of the day that the oil is changed. Others DGAF. That's when you get crap chicken.
It seems they don't change it. They just filter it using some carcinogenic chemicals (I forgot the name of it) and fill up.
