  These are seriously half price 3 weeks out of 4. I am not complaining because I buy one every week (my kids love spaghetti), but I don't know why they don't just lower the actual price to $1.50.

    You'd be surprised how the math works.

    People go in expecting $1.50, it's not for some reason so they buy it anyway. Or they buy a similar product to go with this which is NOT on sale at the same time.
