Yup. The title of this post is misleading. Let's just be clear here that equals to $3000 x 3 months = $9000 spend total.

Personally I’d put something like “120k points off $9k spend over 3 months” which is a lot less confusing.
Fine as is, "$x for y" months is pretty common so should be understandable to most.
[$3000 spend per month for 3 months] would be more correct.

So many exclusions/ grey areas on the eligible spends on this card. Do a search on this site for more info. I had to go to the FSO to get points. I'll avoid this one in the future.
I went with this card after anz… So far I have received 80k points with no issues, last month looks on track for the final 40k. Quick crediting of points also.
Only negatives with this card:
- all online browser based banking, no app
- no android pay (maybe Samsung pay only?)
- annoying SMS verification codes for most actions in internet banking.Won't likely keep it beyond the 3 month period due to the above points.

The 120K never gone anywhere. Virgin Money has always had this promotion up, just depends if you use the "correct" link.
