  I usually buy Ashoka brand, 25 for $12.95.
  Not sure if they are palm oil free, but will check.

    I checked and Ashoka brand Punjabi Samosa use sunflower oil.
    Palm oil free.
    
    Ashoka are available from Quality Grocers (I am not affiliated with them in any way). No doubt many other stockists also have them.
