  • compare with lenovo e580??

    • Its got obvious flaws like a heating and restricted GPU but specs and build quality wise, at this price, it's still better than the e580. :)

Note that Dell cashback is payable on the ex-GST price…

"Cashback will only be payable on eligible purchases, excluding freight, delivery, taxes and GST"

  • Made an order yesterday for another laptop. Received an email today from their support asking me to reply to the email from my work/student email. Would anyone know why? My impression is that these deals aren't exclusive to students/business.

    • Do you have a link to the laptop you bought?

You can buy Dell products with student discounts using UNiDAYS codes…

Unless you used a UNiDAYS code, they should not be asking for a student email.

      • The XPS 13 2-in-1. It can be found by navigating through Products -> Tablets & 2-in-1 Laptops -> For Home -> XPS 13 2-in-1. It didn't prompt me for any codes, nor did I enter any codes.

That laptop is from the Home Store and is available to all customers. They shouldn't be asking you verify the order from a work/student email.

Just reply to them from your normal email and tell them it's from the Home store and ask them to process the order.
