Why 6%? Did you just pull that out randomly?
is it same as the deal last post $1699.99?
That one is 15", 1TB HDD
and sadly double the SSD capacity compared to this
Where is 6% from?
I can get 5% and heard of 7.5% but not 6%?6% for RACV members
I'd be checking the t & C's closely as I thought I read somewhere that only up to 5 gift cards (or up to $500) can be used for any instore or online purchase.
on line yes but in store likely to need id.
Can someone please advise me as to why the other smaller Acer that was on sale recently (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/362657) is more expensive then this unit? Is the Nitro branding just a better constructed model? or is it the SSD that is making the difference, it's a a $500 difference, so it can't just be the SSD can it?
15.6 inch vs 17 inch
1TB HDD vs 2TB HDD
512GB SSD vs 256GB SSD
I just bought the 15" version of this and she runs HOT while gaming, 90 degrees after 5 minutes of overwatch. Not sure if the 17" would be any better. I'm considering returning mine but the rest of the specs are damn good
Might try undervolting the cpu and maybe gpu and see what results I get, hopefully that brings down the temp
Trick for those who have way too much time on their hands, shop at Woolies and like a bargain. Current promotion at Woolies that you get 1,000 bonus Woolies rewards points when you buy 1X $50 Ultimate teens/kids gift voucher. These cards work at JB Hifi. So that means you could get 5% off wish cards to buy the above cards meaning 5% off savings AND 1,000 bonus points for every $50 card you buy (for this deal 37,000 bonus points). Little bit extra bang for buck!
Can u use that many gift vouchers at JB?
Yep. Confirmed with them today.
It says $2197 on the website, it seems this deal is expired.
