What if you don't have data when you're overseas? This is a world license so…

Preload the map if you know where you are going.

        Use Here maps then

Sygic also has a heads up display function that projects onto your windscreen so you don't have to look down to see your speed/when to turn etc… Not saying it makes the worth almost $28 but it's something.

      • How does an Android app project on your windscreen?

        • Just reflection of the phone screen

      Just use Google Maps Waze.

Don't trust Google, but can't trust anything else! At least Google map is the most accurate, reliable, and free. I also have offline maps free which has passed its test around the world. But Google maps has always been enough for anything related to travel, commute or public transport. Almost 99.99% of other maps, apps or government, public or private organisations get their data from Google or share it with Google. Google has taken the world!
No need to pay $27 to be tracked

  • Can't you just download maps on wifi or before you go, so you can use Google maps offline ?

I did that when I went camping the other week. Worked fine on the way there but on the way back Google maps wouldn't navigate because I didn't have mobile reception.

I would avoid after reading some of the recent reviews.

  • Can I use google play credit to purchase?

    • No

      • No deal for me. Stick to google maps.

        • no speedo and speed cameras though.

  • I have this and it’s a good map. Includes speed cameras. Highly profitable buy indeed.

    • I have this as well. They are offline world maps. It'll save you multiple times OVER.

  • Does the map provides speed trap warnings just like on Waze?

  • So many good free online/offline options why bother paying.

  • i purchased this and oh boy do i regret it.

it takes them 2-3 weeks to reply to any communication with regards to functionality issues.
my purchase bugged out after 2 weeks on both my phone and tablet.
its now limited to one device only which they have to activate on their end.
if i wanted to use another device ill have to send them the device info which they have to manually activate taking between 2 to 3 weeks.

good luck to yall. hope you don't get stuck with my predicament.
