IXUS shots look far superior to me.
cnet thought it was pretty good at $150 earlier this year, so for $74 I dont see how you could go wrong for a cheap point and snap.

I have this camera and I must say, the image quality is on par with my recently bought Canon IXUS 130IS. The only difference to my eyes is the slow shooting performance and that it doesn't have HD recording (which by the way isn't that spectacular on the IXUS anyways).
