It comes with 1 Year with BecexTech Australia warranty, same terms same service as HTC as we normally bring to authorized service centre at our cost. We do not see if it's 'pretty' expensive here. They are the same manufacturer, Same features afterall.
Price w/o warranty is much cheaper. You may ask for price w/o warranty.
p.s to Scott: prices are very fluctuating so it may keep going down everytime, this is the reason why we did not put the fixed price there :)

Warranty is valid worldwide and customer may take to any authorized service centres listed. Unfortunately, only some of the well-known companies offers such a warranty such as Olympus and Casio.
