  • Just the average price imo. I got a 4gb stick lately for $10, on the package it says, lifetime warranty. Not sure what the condition tho. Brand name is Apacer. Model Steno AH128.

Here's the link, it's in store only and should be nationwide: http://www.officeworks.com.au/retail/products/Technology/Dat…

Imation used to be lifetime warranty, but they all got 5 years now. Got a replacement once, since it was lifetime warranty, they did not even as for a receipt at that time.
Wise move, unlike ram or cpu, USB drive will hardly be outdated, lifetime warranty is a huge burden to the company!

  • Plenty of shops selling 4gb usb cheaper than this starting @ $8. including yesterdays sandisc deal with free shipping you mentioned.

i dont like usb stick with cap, might lose the cap somewhere or forget to put it back.

  • not a bargain, 4GB regular/normal price is around $8-$10

    • i think this is first time imation has put these on sale, usually its sandisk at 13 or unknown brands at 11-15 delivered. or either a sale that is only for nsw etc. as of yesterday nothing beats $8.90 delivered. unless you know another quality brand?

    • It's a bargain if they're faster (or more reliable) than the other brands.

  • I got one, & found Imation brand good quality, compared to my old one.

  • Is this "Readyboost" compatible ? (yes I am still on Vista and looking to speed up my system!)

  • What's the read/write speeds?
