I have been eyeing these off for a few weeks and with the 20% discount it will take them from $235 delivered to $188 delivered. I think this is a pretty good price. Cheapest on StaticIce is $198.99 plus postage. You can get them on Amazon for AU$179 Delivered, but $188 is pretty good for local stock. Not sure how warranty works with WD products delivered from the US.
You do realise that futu online jacks their prices up ~10-15% before a sale though? If its this price still, then ok good, but don't be surprised if 4pm rolls around and its not.
The price is already 'jacked' as far as I'm concerned, $235 for this drive is well above RRP.
