Coming in April 2008, books of 5 Weekend Daily Zone 1 + 2 tickets will be available for just $14.90.
That's $2.90 for the day, for both zones and can be used on Saturday or Sunday (Sunday is already available but Saturday is normally $10.10 for a Zone 1 + 2 daily).

I was looking at whether I should buy a book of regular daily tickets, as I'll sometimes go into the city on a Saturday.
So, now I know about the up and coming weekend dailies, I'll be rethinking the plan :)
Thanks for the heads up on this. I'll think about buying the 5x daily trip ticket and a few of these (esp if Im not going to use it all 5 days during the week - eg: unplanned sick day).
Also - with Metlinks usual promotion of these sort of savers I'd never have heard of this …

Errr, not really a bargain as this is usual pricing, but thanks for the heads up! :) Sunday Saver used to be cheaper to use on Sundays but they're now $2.90 which is same price as this offer will be (I stocked up on them at the end of 2007!). Also these need to be bought in packs of 5, whereas Sunday Saver could be bought individually.
