"Make it easier for the thieves to take ALL your credit cards at once…

To be fair that is not really unique to this product, seems like a negative for all wallets.

I don't keep all my cards in the ONE wallet when travelling overseas…

        • I'm not sure why this advice recieved negative votes, as I would consider it sensible.

I also carry 3 credit cards when travelling overseas and I place them in separate locations. Standard practice is one in my wallet, one in a backpack and 1 secured at accommodation. This way if one is stolen or is cancelled because of fraud, I can simply use the other cards.

Digital as in electronic equipment, not by merely using their digits (fingers) to relieve you of your cards. Not like the John Howard's plan of a few years ago for high speed internet and the strategy for 'digital penetration' across Australia.

Buy 1 for every credit card. Problem solved.

I have one of these. Cost me $2 from the variety store.

I just carry a roll of aluminium foil.

    • +4

When I travel, I just carry a high power de-daussing coil (plugged in to a battery) in my backpack.
Anyone who comes near me gets their entire life wiped
My cards are in an xray proof lead foil bag to protect them.

Works a treat - never had any of my cards compromised.
Mind you it does make it a trifle slow having to extract the coil & unplug it b4 I unwrap my cards to use them.

      • I sincerely hope you never encounter the TSA with batteries and wires leading to a coil in your backpack

        • Of course I don't have those things together in my backpack when going thru airports, coil goes in my suitcase.
          Just when out of airports
TSA - Totally Stupid Agency, yep they'd freak even tho it's clearly not dangerous
Besides I no longer travel to the US on principle - any nation that can elect presidents like Ronald Regan (a B grade actor), George W. Jnr. - a failed ex-playboy with drug and booze problems, Their choice de jour - a self-confessed woman molester, a xenophobic, homophobic, self-centered narcissist….not enough space to describe his 'attributes'
You get my drift, I wouldn't visit a country where they pay so little care to who they freely elect to represent them and pass into law any ol' thing they think will serve them and their inner circle best.

          @rayski57:

          Your a dill obviously.

Never been a better time to visit the USA and show your support for the huge majority of good people, just like here and elsewhere. Where we're all watching and we're all supporting the people who protest this present Government.

Off to the US of A in 2 months time and staying in Fargo country for a little while and hope to chat with some of the people who didn't vote for the recumbent.

          • Out of interest: What country would you visit then?: "where they[dont] pay so little care to who they freely elect to represent them and pass into law any ol' thing they think will serve them and their inner circle best." Lol.

@Luc: The repeated stories of TSA employees overbearing officious behaviour should make most people reluctant to travel there.

        • -1

@Luc: Clearly no matter what I say, I'll be wrong in your mind. So I'm not going to bother responding to your reaction.
