Wow, great deals…
I am guessing they are clearing all stock in preparation for the finalization of the 3 brand.
what finalization of the 3 brand? Are they closing or something?
Three/Vodafone parent companies merged. They will just be using the Vodafone brand soonish…
Yep, Three stores have now been branded with Vodafone, the plans are the same almost and even the Three website has a link to "view this plan/phone on Voda"
still not worth it, they'd have to pay me to be on the frustratingly terrible 3 network.
Not debating with you, but just in case people want to know… 3 is now roaming onto Vodafone network, so it'd be the same as Vodafone's coverage. Also due to a roaming agreement prior to the merge some 3 handsets can roam onto Telstra's NextG network, which has the best regional coverage.
Definitely hope for the Telstra Nextg network then because Voda - Hutch network isnt good compared to Telstra / Optus
It is locked in 3 I suppose.
not worth the unlocking fee i suppose
Just checked with a store, the half price "3 MOBILE Prepaid Wireless Broadband", as per the DSE website, only applies to the stick not the prepaid wireless broadband
In case anyone is looking to buy the half price stick $24.50 + the 12Gig for $149 = $173.50
I gather you can get the Prepaid E122 Internet Key + 12GB + delivery for a total of $149 from the Three website
http://shop.three.com.au/prepaid-broadband?intcmp=3bran:lp:m…
Depending on your location, (coverage issues with 3) i think for $188 inc usb modem, 15g over 365 days (+250m each month) on the Dodo /optus prepaid wireless is a better deal.
I often go to inverloch and I am on 3, what a pain in the ass with the iphone when it roams to telstra for internet at 50c megabyte. (in fact 50% of the time at home in outer south east metro melbourne my phone is roaming on telstra)
E63 too?
Yes. E63 is $89.50.
nice!
though how do you get it unlocked, like is it not-too-complicated enough for one to learn to DIY?
f480 & e63 all out of stock in SA :(
the broadband sale is listed on their website
http://www.dse.com.au/cgi-bin/dse.storefront/4ca52a2100ca6d6…
