Got 3.5lts of basic spirits for $106 in Brisbane last night on way back in to Aust. 1lt Absolut Vodka @ $29.95, via Dan Murphy's @ $52.90.

Looks like Brisbane International Airport, Canberra International Airport, Darwin International Airport, Perth International Airport only??

  They have been having 20% off for months now just went down to 15% this month . if you are buying 2 bottles of the same look out for twin packs even better pricing

  Usually get about 2 for $55 at sydney. Last offer they bad 2x 1L Smirnoff 50% strengh (100proof) for 55 which wasn't bad. If anything was a better deal as the tax is applied to the alcohol content and this had higher amount of alcohol.

    I bought one of those Blue 50% Smirnoffs last time, possibly the worst Vodka I've ever had, it's terrible.

      its a mixer drink. Use less alcohol and in turn gets you more drinks with your usual alcohol content.

  JR don't have stores in Melbourne, Adelaide or Sydney airports (they have a store in downtown Melbourne, but I have no idea who goes there since it's not duty free).

  Melbourne and Sydney have F1RST, which has been running a 2 for $55/$65/$99 (comes down to quality) for a long time.

    Not always. I've found several whiskies much cheaper at Perth than elsewhere I looked. Eg Bunnahabhain Cruach Mhona $75, less 20% at the time = $60. £70 at Glasgow duty free, US$92 at Abu Dhabi.
