Nope i've contacted them about it, they refuse to ship batteries to Australia because too many have been siezed by customs or something? Not sure but they wouldn't do it through any postal service.
My last battery order from Banggood never arrived but they refunded me, before that an order form Kaidomain came through fine.

Actually the authentic tag is a guarantee they are not clones… Which I find reliable for vape gear.
Clones are also freely available and marked by the absence of the authentic tag…
Better optics than marking the clones "knockoff product x".
