just went around on boxing day at jbhifi thomastown store,they had some clearance items on display.just bought xbox 360 250gb with black ops 3 for 88 dollars and ps3 for 60 dollars.dont know if nationwide.some bluetooth speakers were on sale too,nakamichi for 50 dollars,braven for 79 dollars etc..

      I would say certain stores are making space for the next gen consoles and found a bunch of these items out the back

      12gb isn't very big though

      I bought an immaculate Slim PS3 with 2 controllers for 100 off gumtree a few months ago with a bigger HDD

          Customizable firmware you can install into a unit to play backups, I can't discuss for legal reasons here but a quick google will yield the results you want.

    Called my local JB games guy and doesn't appear to be a nationwide clearance,
    May just be this one store.
    Price is currently sitting at $99 for the ps3 didn't ask about the other one.

          Nintendo has given up on the Wii U, it flopped hard. They may start clearing them out soon as the Switch is released in March.

          Ok so I called up the store to see if they really did have them for 200 yesterday. He had 1 wii u basic left. I got it for $180!!!!! It's updating as we speak. Very happy :)

          @HappyPooPants: Good price for recent times but some of us recall - and picked up - Wii U consoles from some great Target/Big W pricing about two years ago.

          Ours was $178 including Nintendoland, and the Skylanders Swapforce starter pack. Now those were some great deals!
