I have a similar sized chainsaw. It is useful for pruning trees in circumstances that would be dangerous with a regular chainsaw.
e.g. in places where you need one hand free to hold on. Slow, but still much easier than a hand-saw.

Not sure this is a bargain. Twice the price of past deals for Masters 909 (RIP). $149 for a Ryobi skin from Bunnings - if you already have the battery & charger. I'd rather avoid Kogan.

  The Black & Decker stuff is decent. Tossing up whether to get the line trimmer for $149 same price as Ryobi. Already have the Ryobi One+ system and this would mean another battery+charger :(

    I have the 18V Ryobi line trimmer. Its rather feeble compared to the smallest petrol model. OK for a bit of grass.
