Ordered once. Delivery and packaging was fine, but found the food to be quite mediocre.
I've been ordering for a few months now. Moved over from Lite 'n Easy to mixing the two. I like the YouFoodz best for the variety and freshness and find them the most tasty. There is occasionally something I don't like or isn't as good as the previous time I've ordered that item. Sometimes things taste better if I eat them sooner or cook them in the oven, pan or press. Overall I'd say I'm very happy and my stomach satisfied at least 90% of the time.
I have lost 8kgs in 6 weeks eating youfoodz. The meals are are decent enough size that I am not hungry between meals if I have an apple or a similar snack between meals. I was 113.8 and I was 105.7 today. I tried another food company - 5.4 first and found the meals bland and didn't enjoy them at all as they are delivered frozen. There are days when I am hungry but I think that's just my body.
yummy food although small portions on most meals more like a snack whish they would make larger portions or add vegies/rice.
