  I don't know…I've never dealt with them, but I'd personally prefer to see the discounted rate upfront.

  firstly, 10% is not much at all. Malaysian airlines are on sale at the moment and it is cheaper and reputable.
  Secondly, how can they not show the discount upfront?? thats a bit weird. How can it not show the discount until the ticket is issued. How do you know how much you have to pay??

  Dont fly Viet airlines guys. In term of service, it is the worst one in the world.

  Better spend ur money @ Malay or Singapore airlines

    I flew with them 4 times and it's all good man. Qantas/VN Air share the same flight.

    Has it been voted the worse in the world? I would like to see this review.

    I've been on a Viet airlines flight and the service was excellent, I haven't been on many different airlines, about 6 or 7 and the worse service I have received would be from Tiger airlines.

  Well Vietnam Airline is not that bad, but kinda expensive I rather fly with AirAsia to KL and KL back to HCM cheaper. 2/3 AirAsia tickets for 1 Vietnam Airline ticket. No negative nor Positive from me.
