Unfortunately not, I didn't mention this in the emails to support because I didn't want to play the sympathy card, but last year I suffered from a brain injury that has severely affected my speech to the point where its so slow an unintelligable, luckily I can type though and my mind is sharper than ever!

Yep I'm experiencing this now. Never received the item I paid for and nothing is getting done to rectify it. I'd be more upset if the item wasn't only worth a few dollars but it's the first and last time I'll be buying from these guys.
Bit of a UI tip. My eyes aren't the best, but they're certainly not the worst. Gray text on a gray background doesn't make reading product descriptions easy.

Be warned when purchasing from this company, as if you have any issues after sales service is shocking!! I have been flat-out lied to by them on three separate occasions now and still waiting on a resolution close to 3 weeks later. 2/10 would not recommend!
