I did this. It is all me. I purchased the i5 from futu on Monday. So now before it has even arrived it is now a whole $50 cheaper from amazon. Of course.
You are welcome.
You are not alone. I did exactly the same! Slightly OT… What Ram and disk did you get?
You're not worse off. The one sold by Futu is NUC6I5SYH is $479.20. While NUC6I5SYH on Amazon is sold as $375.61 + $12.49 USD delivery (~$530 AUD).
What's the difference between h and k?
The H version has a 2.5" drive bay, while K version don't.
Thanks OP, I placed my i5 model with 16G memory, selected the cheapest shipping which takes 3 weeks to deliver.
A couple of notes about these Skylake NUCs:
- The new batch hopefully will have BIOS 0042 or above in there (and preferably a newer batch with a newer board revision to address memory compatibility issue as well). Otherwise, you really need to upgrade the BIOS a.s.a.p. before the infamous WHEA issue which these NUCs running on older BIOS have. Any of these NUCs with BIOS lower than 0042 can potentially cause permanent damage to the board.

- If you intend to use a M2 NVME SSD with the NUC and you want maximum speed, you need BIOS 44 and you most likely need to do a full recovery BIOS upgrade (not the standard BIOS upgrade)

Skull Canyon nuc is around $649 USD
Out of stock?
Good luck with the currency conversions today due to the brexit issues. AUD has been all over the place!
