I used 'secure a spot' in an attempt to secure a spot when I went to imax the other day.
Showed up and was told the car park was full. I told them I had a booking and they said the service doesn't save you a spot. How ironic considering the title.
Ended up looking for a park for 1hr and missed first 30mins of the movie.
As Jerry Seinfeld would say, they know how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to HOLD the reservation.

Last time I booked online and the parking is full the attendant was helpful and let us leave our cars and keys with him.
Anyway, I think you might want to contact the Secure Parking office and explain the situation. You might (and should) be getting compensation for all the non-sense.
