i had a go at the samsung 3D setup at Myers and i was pretty impressed with the 3D experience. Still don't fancy the idea of having to wear special glasses, but that aside the effect of 3D was amazing

Before purchasing, I recommend contacting Samsung Australia. They'll confirm who they do business with, and confirm whether or not your purchase is eligible for the bonus. It wouldn't be the first etailer to advertise that they go through authorized channels, meanwhile they're not actually eligible for any promos.
I ordered my 58" today at The Good Guys, and the price was very competitive compared to all the online prices I've seen, including the ones listed here (BTW, Digital Centre has it for $2798 with 5 year extended warranty right now, not that I would recommend them or anything). It's worth going to your local GGs and asking for their best price, and if you buy from them, you can be sure that it will be valid for the redemption offer.
