Metropol is newer than towers but tower standard rooms have better amenities and are located in better location. Metropol is probably nicer imo.
Metropol is technically the "better" one (i.e. it is five star rather than the Promenade's 4.5 star rating). That said, I prefer the rooms at Promenade, particularly if you can get an upgrade to a corner king overlooking the city
it goes Towers > Metropol > Promenade
Metropol is definitely the nicer hotel vs Promenade, and usually priced accordingly. Towers I think is their flagship hotel, though personally prefer Metropol's rooms. Also the pool at Metropol on level 27 is just stunning.

Possibly… you could claim at the time of checking in. I've heard that Crown Melbourne and Crown Perth are separate Signature Club programs so you can't use one card at the other. Can anyone else confirm this?
