Can you clarify - sounds like you have some valuable tips, but I didn't understand the tip
I think he's referring to the fact that they are a not for profit organisation that helps people with disabilities by providing them with phones/sims. I have been with them for over a year now and it's always been great. Customer service is located in Australia and have always been very good and easy to deal with. I get 4GB, $650 of calls and unlimited txt for $35/month, maybe its not the best deal ever but it's good and I get to feel like I'm helping others.
Looks like they reduced the value on this plan from 300 mintues and 200 minutes and also no free startup fee-
They also really struggled with last deal. Took several weeks to get sims out in the post and ported.
Yep, ~4mths later and they:
Deducted the allowable call time by 33.33%
Added $10.00 Startup fee
Deal has gone from NICE! to Meh, especially compared to the new Aldi offers that have come out https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/244102
Sorry OP; no deal.
Only if you do not need international call inclusion for ANY country.
Aldi International call value allows calling to very limited country.
Considering that, this new plan from Jeene is no brainer for me.
Going for $35 plan - 6gb , unlimited call/sms , $300 international calls.
Thanks OP.
Any pound foolish plans?
This is a good plan for a back up phone. Sometimes (rare) Optus offer coverage where Telstra doesn't.
First, I RECOMMEND the JeeNee Optus dealer
& Social Enterprise ('notice the ".ORG.au"?)
Next, I think their OTHER "PennyWise" deals
are more cost-effective (at least for those
who ring out or use a bit of mobile Data).
