Just remind that Nokia Free GPS Navigation models were updated. E71,E66 and so on are on the list now. Plz check on the list and update Ovi map.

You can sign your own applications…., you just need this nifty website:

since getting the new free version i can't search by addresses in offline mode. anyone know how to do that?

I have downloaded maps of aus/nz via the nokia maps website.
if i disable assisted gps and network gps, and only keep integrated gps turned ON, gps doesnt work.
any help would be appreciatedfor me the integrated gps does work, but it can take over 5 minutes to pick up the satellites without the assist. pick out a driving route, and when the phone says waiting for gps or something, let it sit for a little while, see if it can pick it up.
It works for me. U can try that let suburb first then your address.
For example:
Adelaide,6 Frome Rd,5000
awesome, that seems to do a better job.
Another difference in this version though: Once i find a location, it doesn't let me just select "show on map" only drive to or walk to.
EDIT: Looks like now you can just select "Map" in the bottom left corner and it does the same thing. AWESOME!
Sorry, no need 5000. I think postcode or suburb name, you only choose one of them.

owww…dammit the Nokia 5530 XpressMusic still isn't on there. They've got N97 ,5800 and even 5230. Just not 5530 even thought they're basically the exact same thing. More waiting to do…

and N96
they all have free maps, if ur phone supports nokia maps, u can install it, even if your phone doesnt have gps you can install it (you can use the bluetooth gps unit)
