    So your terms and conditions say you only cover three cities in Australai!! No free fuel and other deficiencies to other roadside providers.You always get what you pay for. Should also be willing to disclose who is operating this for you. What's to hide?

    Trying to join. I choose Honda Civic, but Honda Accord appears in Review and Pay screen. Tried a few times to change to Civic, but always comes up with Accord!
    Year of birth also appears incorrect in Review and Pay screen.

    Good luck to everyone signing up, but something about all these sign up errors as well as the OP not disclosing who actually attends the call outs seems more than a little bit dodgy to me…

    Just my 2c.

    • hi mpratty10, we are resolving the sign up errors today after 2pm.
      we are not in a position to disclose who attends the calls as per an agreement, however we can tell you
      that they are fantastic have been around for 18 years and they are not NRMA, or Allianz

      we appreciate your 2c but there are reasons beyond our control in this

  • I can see that the ABN is not currently registered for GST. Why is the case?

    • because under this abn we have previously offered a free service for people to carpool where no need to register for gst
      we have now registered and this is in progress

    I tried to call the number 1300 85 1243(given as helpline number on website) twice but nobody answering the phone,no standard phone line waiting , Its just goes to some personal voice mail.

    • hi, today we can only take 3 calls at once, after 3 calls it directs to voicemail for a call back.

          You have 20 years of experience but even yet to register for GST? Seems it does not make sense.

      Wow.. Did u really need help or were you just trying it out? Scary if someone was really in trouble.

      • we have a different line for emergencies which take 25 calls at once, the number 1300 85 1243 is a sales line

    • please note that the 1300 85 1243 number is a sales line, we have a separate line for emergencies

    My current Road Side Assistance expires on 27 July 16.

    • no future dates, it puts us in a difficult position of holding on to money and your not using a service.
      its better ibn your bank earning interest than us holding it

  • What number do we call when we require roadside assistance. 1300 85 1243 going to voicemail is not good. after all raod side assistance should be real person 24/7

  • Anyone else able to join with the promo discount? I keep getting redirected to the first page if I use the Ă“zbargain'code. Without the code it works fine.

    • hi, yes we pickup calls and yes we have provided service to quite a few over the last few weeks. All under 1 hour
      i wish someone else would provide some feedback!
