I'm in the middle of rma-ing my 2 month old mx master. The ratchet function on the scroll wheel has failed, so no matter what settings I select it never gets out of free-spool.

Seems quite a few others have had this fault judging by the support forums. Hopefully my next one is ok, because it is a great mouse for daily office use.
