free fitness first 5 day trial. All you have to do is fill out the details and print off the coupon, and take it into the selected fitness first gym.

Terms and conditions:
Valid for first time visitors 16 years and older only
The voucher entitles the named person to a trial membership at the selected Fitness First club
Photo ID is required for entry
Only 1 voucher can be used per person
Valid for 5 days commencing and including the date the voucher is redeemed
Not valid with any other offer
Valid only at club where voucher is redeemed
Vouchers that have been photocopied, altered, or damaged will not be accepted
Must be used by 15/05/10

  Just don't do it, this also isn't a bargain, just about every gym will offer you some form of intensive such as free days or no sign up fee.

  How can this be a bargain, they offer these all the time and given the comments here and at choice, frankly its appears to be more of a hassle than a bargain. Even the "conditions" of the free use are very unwelcoming and to me a warning on their business attitude. Big no from me for that reason alone
