      You have to have prescription lens to be eligible for health fund claim. But I recommend you get the lens at the same time in store instead of buying the frame now and bring it in for the proscription lens later as you will end up paying through the roof for just the lens.

          Yeah like I said you get discounts for showing your health fund membership cards but claiming benefits have to have proscription on the lens otherwise a no no. The 20% is NOT a claim back but simply a discount.

      Each company just has an online code to claim, this is the BUPA one. We could all end up having our orders cancelled if they get strict and ask for evidence of cover by BUPA. I'm with CUA but when I called them last they had no idea what the code was and/or even if there was one to claim online.

      I can vouch for having a few pairs of Persols (and another just purchased now). They're exceptionally well made and look great. Many sunglasses brands are owned by the Luxotica Group, they all tend to look the same and they just put different brands on them. Persol is rather unique (and also owned by Luxotica)

        Hey Captain smash, thx for that. Saw some Cancer council sunnies around $15,- and these are $88.80 delivered. Sometimes comparisons make it hard. I've never owned Persols before, have a pair of Ray Bans though that I love.

        Edit: purchased them. Seems to be cheapest price available atm for these Persol sunnies and return policy is really laid-back.

      Looking for answer to same question. However, if you filter the results by 'Women' then these D&G does NOT feature in the list that makes me think they are 'Men' only but looking at the picture they look unisex. May be someone who owns it already can give us better idea.

        The wayfearer style has been unisex since 1952 (which these D&G sunglasses are a copy of very similar to).

    Really sad transferred $75 for late present for girlfriend then ten minutes ago just as I was about to pay the urban essentials D&G red sold out online and now only available in stores. Can't check store stock because it's Christmas day, all stores are closed, and online doesn't indicate if my local store has stock. Also don't think the online code can be added in store so bye bye christmas gift… :( +1 for the deal though. Was sending girlfriend photos since 2pm about it but she didn't respond until an hour ago, so it wasn't like I didn't have a chance ugh.

      My Persol choice came off the sale the next day - and my local OPSM didn't have a pair to try on.
      But today the Persols were on Sale again online - so snatched a pair
      BTW - the BUPAS20 code (or any other) doesn't work on sale items, as confirmed with 1800 customer care operator.

    I was the OP and had my first order cancelled today and that was the non discounted so without the Bupa20 yet the later with the discount says shipped?
    So it appears its going to be random fulfillment. Also annoyed as I was one of the first to order! so its not the discount, they should have had stock fulfillment a bit better organized. Should have been first orders first fulfilled!
