I am not sure. The only thing I got from Osim was an e-invoice which says '5yr limited warranty'. So I don't know what it covers tbh...
Thankfully the chair is still under warranty. I paid more than $7k and the leather started to peel off after a year or two.. smh
I think it comes with 1 or 2yr by default but I got 5yr extended warranty.
